Baptist Health IcePlex & Florida Panthers to Host Professional Three-on-Three Ice Hockey League 3ICE

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The Baptist Health IcePlex announced today that they will host 3ICE, a professional three-on-three ice hockey league, for a five-week season from July 17 through Aug. 14.
Each week will feature four teams and four games, with the winners of the first set of games facing off in weekly consolation and championship games. Points earned throughout the regular season will determine the playoff seeding as the top four teams will advance to the 3ICE semifinals. The top four teams from the four-week regular season will advance to the championship round on Thursday, Aug. 14 for a chance to hoist the coveted Patrick Cup championship trophy.

Hall of Fame coaches will be at the helm of each of the eight teams, with Larry Murphy hoping to lead his team to a second consecutive championship. The eight head coaches include:

- Ken Daneyko – 3ICE NEW YORK / NEW JERSEY
- Grant Fuhr – 3ICE CHICAGO
- John LeClair – 3ICE TENNESSEE
- Joe Mullen – 3ICE PITTSBURGH
- Larry Murphy – 3ICE MINNESOTA
- Pierre Turgeon – 3ICE BUFFALO
